Delivery
- During an online purchase, we perform certain verifications in order to approve the delivery of your order.
- The order can only be delivered at the address of residency of the credit card owner used for the purchase.
- Upon delivery or pick up, two ID with picture and address of the credit card owner will be requested. We will also request to present the credit card used for the purchase and will take a print of it or take the numbers . If you do not follow this, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse to do delivery and charge delivery fees. Please note that these measures are taken for security reasons against fraud.
- No delivery can be made at a PO box or over 50km from our warehouse in Lachine. Delivery fees will be separately added after your purchase.
- Delivery is free for purchases over 800$ before taxes excluding televisions.
- Delivery fees are 39.95$ for any order below 800$ before taxes. The televisions are excluded from the delivery promotion. Delivery fees for televisions are 39.95$ in an area below 50km no matter the amount of the purchase.
- Our delivery service will contact you to schedule your delivery date. If the product ordered is not available, we will contact you to inform you the delay. Please note that the delivery fees can only be reimbursed in case of an error from Domon Ltée.
- Additional delivery charges will apply if you are absent during delivery.
- Additional fees wil apply if you cancel or modify your delivery the day before after 3pm.
- It is the duty of the consumer to check the dimensions in height, width and depth to ensure that the goods can be delivered inside their home.
- In a situation where there is an online only product ordered (products that are not in our regular inventory and that we have to specially order for you), it is the consumer's responsability to verify the dimensions to ensure that the goods can be delivered inside their home. If delivery is not successful because of the dimensions, cancelling fees will be applicable as mentioned in our Return page.
