Return conditions and exclusions

  • The merchandise must be in its original condition
  • No returns on floor models or special orders (such as orders that cannot be cancelled)
  • You must ask for a return in the next 3 open days following the delivery/pick up of your merchandise
  • All accessories related to the product must be returned as well (cushions, remote control, cables, etc.)

Electronics and accessories

  • No restocking fees if the box is unopened and the item hasn't been used
  • 25% restocking fees if the box has been opened or the item has been used
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
